Puzzles and board games can at times be just as exciting as RPGs with their multi-level setting and required strategies to move on to the next round. Here are some of the most popular:
Polar Panic
Seeing its layout, the game would somehow remind you of Bomberman. In Polar Panic, however, you play the role of a polar bear who will be breaking, pushing, and sliding snow and ice blocks that may serve as obstacles to enemies. Some of the blocks can be used to destroy the enemies; others have dynamite that create light after the explosion. The snow and ice blocks are pushed to the side to create a path to the exit, which is the main goal in the Story Mode. The time pressure will have you going through the maze-like levels in sheer panic. What adds more to the excitement of playing Polar Panic are the trappers. They throw flames at you and use dynamite, guns, amd freeze beams. You also have to rescue cubs and destroy ice sculptres to get more lives. The Story Mode includes up to 50 maze-like levels. The Survivor Mode will have you playing against the trappers almost endlessly.
Diner Dash
Diner Dash will have you managing your own restaurant, from securing seats for customers to serving their food. You take the role of Flo, a stockbroker who ventured into diner business. She has to beat the clock and earn the required amount after every level. The better service you can provide to customers, the more money you can earn before the clock hits zero. Flo can easily move around the restaurant and serve customers by giving them the menu, taking their orders, getting their check, and cleaning their table, so another set of customers can take their seats. As Flo moves on to another level, service to customers only gets more challenging.
Both these games require strategies to beat the clock and accomplish the task on time.

Instead of watching sports legends do their thing on the field, a great way to get a piece of the sports action is to be the player yourself. Xbox 360 games make it more exciting and almost realistic to be part of your favorite team in college basketball and professional soccer league. Here's a review of Xbox 360 sports games:

One of two downloadable content expansion packs for Borderlands, the Zombie Island of Dr. Ned really adds to your shooting experience.

Xbox 360 game review
Engaging missions provide hours of fun gameplay, and this is further extended by side quests. Overall, the Zombie Island of Dr. Ned is something you should definitely get if you’ve already enjoyed Borderlands.

The year 2009 is quite memorable for Xbox 360 fans because of its game releases. Among the highly rated are UFC 2009 Undisputed, Resident Evil 5, and Call of Duty: World at War.
Xbox 360 games review - UFC 2009 Undisputed
You have to work your way through being a UFC champion. In UFC 2009 Undisputed, training and sparring are part of the career mode, which is a good way to learn the fighting techniques in this video game. The Classic Fights option is the way to go if you want to get face-to-face with BJ Penn and Forrest Griffin, among other UFC players. The game has received positive reviews for its exceptional gameplay, with the availability of different moves, grapples, and combination. The animation is quite impressive as well.
Best Xbox 360 games review - Resident Evil 5
Resident Evil 5 is not a disappointment at all. With its new character, setting, and mission, the legacy for action-packed shooter adventure lives on. The only trouble cited by reviewers is the control system. Other than that, many claim that RE5 has impressive graphics and sound effects.
Microsoft Xbox 360 game review - Call of Duty: World at War
Relive the World War history with Call of Duty: World at War. This first-person shooter game features the Pacific and Eastern Front theatres during World War II. The story is told by Marine Raider Private Miller and Red Army soldier Private Dimitri Petrenko. The game is developed with game modes and a leveling system for players to earn additional weapons and rewards as they move along. The fifth installment in the Call of Duty series is definitely an improvement.
These Xbox 360 games garnered positive reviews for their impressive animation, sound effects, and series of challenges that make role-playing truly exciting and almost real.

Special effects and characters of Resident Evil 5
Aside from Chris Redfield, a new character emerges in this latest installment of Resident Evil. Her name is Sheva Alomar, who will work with Chris in Kijuju, Africa on their mission to catch Ricardo Irving, a seller of bio-organic weapon. Gamers can cooperatively play the main storyline and counter the threat of virus-infected creatures. The improved special effects, new characters, and new game setting make RE5 quite exciting.
Xbox games review of Resident Evil 5
Those who've seen "Black Hawk Down" will have a feeling of nostalgia with this third-person shooter game. The fast-pace action is still retained in RE5 in addition to its amazing graphics and sound effects. According to critics, the music did help make the game feel so real. But while Resident Evil 5 garnered positive reviews, critics cited its control system to be quite confusing along with the split screen co-op.
Resident Evil 5 didn't fail to make a buzz among gamers and critics. The reviews will tell you that RE5 is not a total disappointment but do come with some improvements in visual and sound effects.

Left 4 Dead 2 is the sequel to the zombie apocalypse classic Left 4 Dead. It is a first person shooter game that takes your party through swamps, cemeteries, and other locations in the American Deep South. From these southern locations, you play one of a few survivors of a zombie infection and wield a wide range of weapons. You get to use cool new weapons like chainsaws, axes, even kitchenware. You will need these weapons to go up againt horrifying new zombie creatures called the Infected. There are even mudmen trying to kill you. Just like the original, iIt is a fast-paced game that takes the best of the first person shooter genre and your worst horror movie nightmares and creates one hell of a fun shooting experience. John Carpenter meets Doom.
If you played the original, you would probably think this is a dramatic improvement. You would be right. There's more to do in there game and frankly, there's more carnage. It definitely captures the spirit of the 1970s movie "Texas chainsaw massacre" mashed right up against that other 70s classic, "Dawn of the Dead". A fun zombie shoot em up thriller.
Assassin's creed II
Assassin's Ccreed was designed, tested, and compiled for over two years by the same development team behind the original Assassin's Creed game. It uses a vast player world, where players take on the role of Ezio, a renaissance prince in Italy. His family was betrayed by rival families in this renaissance thriller. Your goal is to play Ezio as he seeks vengeance on traitors against his family name. The game features many different weapons and has smooth character evolution as the game progresses. If you liked the original assassin's creed, you would probably like this version as well. The release date for this version is November 17, 2009.
Assassins creed features rich cinematic graphics, and easy to follow action. It is a freewheeling game, with enough violent action, to capture any serious gamers' attention. If you like running down people and killing them in imaginative ways, definitely check out assassin's creed.

My ten-year-old cousin is addicted to Xbox games. He can play Xbox games all day long. In fact, his parents told me that their son would rather play games than eat his favorite chicken dish. One day, my aunt requested me to talk to her son about his Xbox addiction. My aunt is afraid that my cousin is not sociable anymore since he doesn't mingle with other kids. I don't really know what to say to my little cousin since I'm also an Xbox addict myself. For two days, I keep on thinking about strategies and plans on how to talk to my cousin. Then I decided that I will show him my Xbox live multiplayer.
When I went to their house, I saw my cousin playing alone in his room. His attention is focused on
his Xbox game, Cloning Clyde. When I said hi to him, he just nodded his head. Then I told him about Xbox Live Multiplayer. This enables Xbox players to play with real human opponents via dsl broadband internet. I told him that it's better to play Xbox with other kids his age.
The Xbox Live Multiplayer is fantastic. You can play with five or six of your friends in the same game environment. In fact, you can even talk to each other while playing a game by using the Xbox headset. By introducing the concept of Xbox Live Multiplayer, my cousin can now mingle with other kids without giving up his Xbox 360 player. The features of Xbox multiplayer are great and can make your child sociable. After I talked to my cousin, my aunt doesn't have problems about her son's social skills.

I watched the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany with my Korean friend. I'm not really a football fan but I decided to go to Gemany because I want to see David Beckham play. My Korean friend, on the other hand, is crazy about football since Korea won Fourth place last 2002 FIFA World Cup. I came to like Beckham because of Posh Spice or Victoria Beckham of the Spice Girls. My other friend told me that there's no need to go to Germany to see Beckham play. The Xbox games had created in 2002, David Beckham Soccer game.

I'm not really an Xbox fanatic, but I like to play Xbox during my free time. Most of the Xbox games I played are all recommended by my friends since I don't know (according to them) how to choose high-packed action Xbox games. They told me that my Xbox vocobulary is limited to Mario Brothers only. They're the ones who recommended that I try David Beckham Soccer because the graphics are good and has a training mode with Beckham. This Xbox game will take virtual and international football to the next level.
Saturday, May 12. 2007
My friends told me that there are many exciting features of this game. For one, it has a season mode that enables the players to pick out what competition they will be playing. They can play under the Domestic League and European Cup. The players have a chance to train with David Beckham using the training mode. They can learn how to kick, smash enemies, and shoot for the goal with Beckham. The game also has a builder for stadium that allows the players to design their own arena. With these cool features, I will just stay at the house and play my David Beckham Xbox game.

I like to dance in our living room since it helps me to sweat like a pig and lose some flabs in my big tummy. Before I used my play station one and my dance revolution pad attachable to this so I can exercise without going to the gym. In fact, I lost ten pounds just from dancing in my PS one. But then again my original weight came back when I stop dancing and keep eating butterflied shrimp bites. I want to use my pc one and mat but it's not working anymore. Then, I lend my cousin's xbox and buy the latest dance mat innovation, Venom Xbox Aktiv X Dance Mat. Through this baby, I can dance, lose weight and connect with my dance pals online.

Before I avail any xbox accessory, I usually read product reviews to equip myself with information. It's better to know the features the product you're going to buy. This will help you decide whether you will buy the product or not. Based from the reviews I've read online, the material of Venom Xbox Aktiv X Dance Mat is made of rubber that will prevent any head accidents, in case you slip while dancing. It's black stitches are intact to the ground to secure its users. The good thing about this product is it's very compatible to the system of xbox and xbox live. The pads are designed for heavy duty game plays. Venom Xbox Aktiv X Dance Mat promises non-stop fun for xbox users like me.

When I read the reviews about Venom Xbox Aktiv X Dance Mat, I fell completely in love with this product. I love it's outstanding features. Recently, my friends and I went online to check the newest Xbox games. We found out that Xbox live arcade had released their newest game, Cloning Clyde last Wednesday. Cloning Clyde was created by the makers of Outpost Kaloki X for Xbox Live Arcade also. Even though I haven't personally played this game, I'm looking forward to playing it. I've heard from my cousin, who is an expert Xbox player that Cloning Clyde is more dynamic and challenging as it presents great and fun adventures for the players. As soon as I have money, I'll avail this game. It's a must have for Xbox players.
Monday, May 7. 2007
Cloning Clyde has lots of features that will leave it's players in awe. Based from the review, I've read in my friend's wireless internet computer, the players can play the role of Clyde and other mutated creatures in the game. In fact, the players can even make their own clyde clones and receive clyde animations and antics. You can also enjoy the newest live Xbox updates and features. You and three of your friends can play this all together via Xbox live. You get to experience pictures, more puzzle and mace games using cloning clyde. You also have a six versus mode additionals that add more fun and excitement to the game.
Sunday, May 6. 2007
The latest creation of Wahoo Studios/NinjaBee, Cloning Clyde is an easy game. You just have to pass difficult maces, solve mental challenging puzzles, battle your nemesis and escape Clydeis from Duplicone. Clydeis is an experiment for cloning which had gone wrong. Now, it's up to the players as Clyde or mutant creatures to save and free Clydeis. This reminds me of the conflict between Lebanon and Israel, which began with a simple misunderstanding or miscommunication. Just like the experiment gone wrong in this game, a little gap between these two nations had caused a lot of casualties. I wish there's someone like Clyde to save them.

Tony Hawk's just the regular guy who kicks up a couple of skateboarding tricks each time. From his Project 8 screenshots though, you could tell though that it was just more than the cruising style -- but the variety of stylishly animated backgrounds and the experience of "being there" as a player because of the realistic attributes. The Project 8 screenshots found at http://screenshots.teamxbox.com/gallery/1480/Tony-Hawks-Project-8/p1 could very well spell the difference between a commercial success on this new Tony Hawk adventure or a flop, so go check 'em and judge 'em yourself.
Friday, May 4. 2007
As for me, there's no other skateboarding game more noteworthy. Although little has been said of this upcoming Tony Hawk release, my X-box console holding fingers are already crossed. I want Tony Hawk to come out as a hit as badly as I want to get a grip of the mouth-watering Project 8 screenshots. I'm sure my comrades, who are less of fans than I am, would look at me as though I just swallowed a flying lizard. They didn't think Tony Hawk was doing great acts.
Thursday, May 3. 2007
But the screenshots prove otherwise. Project 8 won't be released until November, but the facelift has been rumored to be as engaging as any. The skating environment could now be morphed according to the player's will. For example, the buses and rails could be arranged and repositioned, there will no longer be load tunnels, and all of these with the help of the hammer icon. There's also the existence of the new flip trick called "Nail the Trick". So far, if you're lucky and skillful enough, you just might progress from Am to Pro to Sick levels in no time.

Every time we engage in xbox games or any of the latest computer games, we always shout, scream and swear at our monitors or to our imaginary nemesis. We always hear "Die you fool," "Shit, I missed the target" and other harsh words when playing xbox. If you are a trash talker like me, it's better to use an Xbox 360 Headset which can involve you more in the game by not looking stupid and funny at the same time. The headset will enable you to chat with your friends while playing and even leave messages for them. The best part of using this headset is you can throw foul languages to your nemesis even with style.

Early this year, Peter Moore announced the arrival of the newest member of their xbox accessories family-- the external HD DVD drive. I got excited when I heard about this news because, according to the reviews I've read, this is a must-have accessory for all xbox 360 fanatics out there. This will heighten wireless HD DVD movie watching. I heard that there are also viewing options included in this product. Sometimes, I doubt if the accessory is really beneficial because sometimes people say something is good or beneficial even if isn't. I just don't know if this is the case with external HD DVD drive, but I hope it's not. Xbox 360 savvy people will be frustrated if they discover that this gadget fails their expectations.
Monday, April 30. 2007
I know that most people these days have wireless xbox 360 gadgets. Why not? It's convenient, fast and easy to carry anywhere and everywhere. This is why Microsoft is so genius when it came up with a Quick Charging Kit for Wireless accessories. Now wireless xbox users can save a lot of money by using this kit. This would prevent them from buying double A batteries and channel it instead to, what else, more xbox games! See how smart and genius xbox owners are! But I have to warn you, this kit has to charge up all your batteries for four hours. I don't really know why they call this "quick" but then, who cares?

Since I was young, I have always been a big fan of football. Trust me, I skipped my classes back in college just to watch our team's game. But even if I watch football, it never crossed my mind to play it. The reason is so simple, I don't want to get tired. I cannot imagine myself running, defending, and kicking that ball like football superstar Ronaldo of Brazil. I feel more excited when I am watching a game. It's electrifying especially when you're watching cardiac games like what happened in the 2006 World Cup. However, I still don't want to put myself in the place of David Beckham and other top-caliber players. I would rather watch the game from the sideline or play the NCAA Football 07 game in my computer.
